Angel regularly joins us for our Meet the Breed appointments, and it’s easy to see why – she’s the perfect greyhound representative. With her loving nature, calm confidence, and gentle ways, she shows new adopters just how wonderful life with a greyhound can be.
She’s helped many of her kennel friends find forever homes simply by being her sweet self. It’s hard to resist her when she quite literally throws herself at people for hugs and kisses – full-body cuddles are her speciality, and it’s safe to say she wins hearts wherever she goes.
She’s a confident, self-assured girl who takes everything in her stride. Her outgoing personality shines bright, and she rarely gets fazed by anything.
Angel’s easy-going and adaptable nature means she would suit a variety of home environments – she’s the kind of dog who fits right in, wherever she lands. We’ve no doubt she’ll be snapped up in no time – she’s simply too heavenly to resist.
Angel is wonderfully social and gets on brilliantly with both people and other hounds. She’s currently sharing her kennel and would be more than happy to have a greyhound friend or two in her forever home.
That said, her confidence and independence also mean she’d be just as content as the only dog, soaking up all the love and attention for herself – and who could blame her?
She’s happy to live with older children, teenagers, or adults, and her laid-back, go-with-the-flow attitude means she’d settle beautifully into many different types of homes.
During her dog test, she was – as expected – an absolute angel. Calm, friendly, and beautifully well-mannered, she greeted Blossom politely and the two enjoyed a peaceful walk together, side by side and completely at ease. It was a dream dog test – one that truly felt like it was sent from above.
Since arriving at Clark’s Farm, Angel has settled in like a dream. She’s already shown us so much of her bright, affectionate personality, and we know there’s still more to come.
This girl is truly heaven-sent, and she’s ready to bring joy, comfort, and light into the lives of whoever is lucky enough to call her family.
