Not only is Bolero stunning on the outside – with her adorable floppy ears and those irresistible puppy-dog eyes – but her personality shines just as brightly. She’s full of puppy-like charm, playful energy and a whole lot of sass.
Her silly side will have you smiling in no time, and she has a way of turning even the dullest day into something joyful.
Her love for people is clear to see – she forms deep and meaningful bonds with her humans and gives her heart completely.
Bolero is a confident, affectionate, and wonderfully sassy girl who will love you endlessly. She’s incredibly lovable – the kind of dog you just have to cuddle and kiss every time you see her.
While her photos might make her look big, in person, she’s actually a dinky little girl, weighing just 26kg. But don’t be fooled – this small hound has a huge heart, bursting with love and kindness.

Bolero is a content and easy-going girl who’s always happy to go with the flow. She keeps her kennel lovely and clean, and patiently waits her turn each day, never making a fuss.
Her calm, chilled-out nature makes her an absolute sweetheart to care for. She’s the kind of hound who asks for very little yet gives so much love in return.
Bolero is also wonderfully social and enjoys the company of her greyhound friends. She’s currently sharing with Danny, and the two get along beautifully – it’s clear she’d be happy living alongside another greyhound or two in her forever home.
That said, Bolero is a confident and independent little lady, so she’d be just as happy soaking up all the love and attention as the only dog. Whether she has hound company or not, as long as she has her humans close by, she’ll be one very happy girl.
She’d fit in well with older children, teenagers, or adults – her deep love for people is clear in everything she does. We feel an adult-only home or one with older children who understand her gentle ways would suit her best.
During her dog test, Bolero did struggle a little. She was calm and curious at first, happily standing near Blossom and sniffing with interest.
But once Blossom began to move around, Bolero became confused, so we chose to end the session on a positive note. It wasn’t a bad reaction – just a moment of uncertainty – and certainly nothing that should hold this sweet girl back. She’ll be retested soon, and we’re hopeful she’ll pass with flying colours.
Now that she’s settled in, we’re starting to see more of Bolero’s sweet quirks and playful spark – and we’re loving every moment.
Though she hasn’t been with us long, she’s already wrapped us all around her little paws. She’s a one-of-a-kind companion with so much love to give, and her joyful energy is sure to brighten every day.
