Maddy’s journey has had its challenges, but her resilient spirit shines through. She was sadly returned to us through no fault of her own when her previous owner became unwell and was no longer able to care for her. Despite this difficult transition, Maddy settled back into kennel life as if she had never left.

Maddy is not only wonderful with people, but she also enjoys the company of her fellow greyhounds. Currently, she shares her kennel with Robby, and the two happily share their space. Maddy has proven that she can thrive equally well as the only dog in a home. In her previous home, she was the only pet and adapted beautifully. Whether placed with another hound or as the only dog, Maddy will be content and settled, a true testament to her adaptable and easy-going nature.
It’s important to know that during initial viewings, Maddy may appear a bit more reserved than some of the other hounds. Her reserved nature can make it difficult for her to fully reveal her personality when meeting new people for the first time. However, this gentle girl simply needs a little time to get to know you. Once she feels comfortable, her true self begins to shine, and all her wonderful qualities come to the surface.

During her dog tests, she displayed her signature politeness and gentle nature, happily going about her business. She had no issues walking alongside Blossom, offering kind sniffs as they strolled together. Her ease and comfort around other breeds are truly a joy to witness!
